It is hard to believe that we are half way through the school year. Northside students have been involved in many activities through the year. Here is a sampling what they have been doing:
Language Arts
Read, wrote, debated, discussed and shared in language arts.
Math:
Calculated, explained, discussed and assisted in math.
Social Studies
Presented, simulated, discussed and welcomed state officials in social studies.
Science
Tested, discussed, experimented and demonstrated in science.
Related Arts
Created, developed, played and performed in related arts.
But that is not all we did at Northside.
Broadcasted the morning news,
Danced at the PTO Fall Dance,
Showed our Northside spirit,
Received the Golden Apple Award,
Played some volleyball,
Won a championship,
Cheered for our teams,
Played some chess,
Donated food to the Salvation Army,
Produced a school newspaper, (The Reflector)
Held a school wide literacy day,
Helped PTO with a fundraiser,
Ate lunch with an author, and
have had a great semester.

Wow!! We have done lots of fun things this year! The year is moving wayyyy to fast! I wish it would slow down but hey, enjoy it while you have it!! C ya!
